Benedek fuses acid-washed balearic boogie, house, electro, and freestyle while venturing into ambient and fusion territory to create a hybrid style all his own that could only come from his hometown of Los Angeles. Armed with an arsenal of synthesizers, rhythm machines, and electric guitar, he has years under his belt performing his unique live sets and DJing worldwide. Most recently, as a founding member of Total Blue, the ambient fourth world outfit who released their debut album last year on Music From Memory, he channels his expansive influences into a reverent deep listening experience, further expanding his sonic footprint. Benedek has released music on legendary labels such as Music From Memory PPU Peoples Potential Unlimited, Leaving Records, L.I.E.S., Apron, and more. His catalog includes collaborations with Steve Arrington, Delroy Edwards, Dam-Funk, Tom Noble, Steven Julien, Kirin and 8 ball town, Mark Seven, Jamma D, Joyce Wrice, Devin Morrison, dreamcastmoe , Tom Curruthers, and more.
